We work together with several transport companies in order to guarantee our customers a fast and safe delivery. Which freight carrier (DPD, dispatchers etc) PROFORM chooses to deliver your goods to you depends on the size, weight and volume of your order. PROFORM will insure your order for transport. Please check your goods upon receiving them and make a note of any damages on the carrier’s delivery slip.

The delivery of the goods is insured by PROFORM and the packaging, transport costs and travel insurance are included in the final price of your order.

Any damages caused by transport are to be reported in written form within 8 working days of receiving the goods. Damages already visible on the goods’ packaging are to be noted on the transporters` delivery slip.

CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE THE EU (for example SWITZERLAND)

All prices shown in our shop include Austrian VAT (20%). Naturally, customers from outside of the EU will not be charged the Austrian VAT. As soon as you select your country of delivery during the ordering process, the VAT will be automatically deducted. We charge in this case, an export/import fee of EUR 59,- € which is paid by us to the carrier. Other duties such as import tax, local VAT., disbursement fee etc. must be borne by the customer.
