What are ProformPoints?

For every purchase you make in our ProformShop you will receive ProformPoints. The basic product price, without consideration of surcharges forms the basis of ProformPoints. ProformPoints are automatically credited to your account. When you have collected enough ProformPoints, you can exchange them for a bonus voucher.

How much are ProformPoints worth?

Who can collect ProformPoints?

Only registered ProformShop users can collect ProformPoints. When you make your first purchase you can register as a new user (at the end of the ordering process) and thus, start collecting ProformPoints from your very first purchase on. From then on you are registered with us as a ProformPoints user.


How can I collect ProformPoints?

After your registration, your ProformPoints will always be automatically added to your user account with every purchase you make.


Where can I see my ProformPoints balance?

When you log into your account with your username and password you will see your ProformPoints balance.


How can I redeem my ProformPoints?

When you want to redeem your ProformPoints (starting from 2000 points) you can log into your user account and exchange your points for a bonus voucher. To do this, click the button labelled „Redeem my ProformPoints“. You will then receive an email containing a voucher code, which you can then redeem on your next purchase. The more points you collect, the higher the value of your bonus voucher becomes.

Example: You have already collected 11,000 ProformPoints and would now like to exchange these for a bonus voucher. In order to do this you must first log into your ProformShop account and click on the link „Redeem my ProformPoints“. You will then be sent an email with a bonus voucher code for the value of 200.- Euros. The remaining 1000 ProformPoints will remain in your account.


Note:
Participation in the ProformPoints scheme is voluntary. Redeeming your ProformPoints bonus voucher is not linked to a minimum purchase. ProformPoints are only valid for two years after their date of issue. ProformPoints can not be exchanged for cash.
Through the creation of an individual quotation the claim for ProformPoints is not applicable.
