The evolution of the typology: with new joints and an intelligent lamp head, Meda and Rizzatto set new efficiency and functionality parameters for joint arm lamps. The true invention lies in the eye-catching handle however, almost like Cyrano’s nose, which one can grab in order to move the lamp precisely. This nose – which doesn’t concede to banal formalism – makes up the project’s true quality difference, the place of transition between hand and object, between observing and touching.
Model:
Frame and lamp head made of polycarbonate. A dimmer is integrated into the practical polycarbonate handle, enabling an easy and precise light regulation. This standing lamp is available in metal and white.
