Disguincio gained its first experiences in the fitness industry. The will to share
this knowledge with the world and the persuasion that objects can be in relationship
with our body and our psyche, were the decisive factors for Disguincio to start
producing design objects. The Disguincio Team consists of persons who strongly
believe that it is possible to create objects that broadcast and pass joy, wellness,
beauty and emotion. Disguincio products are rather turned towards arts than interior
design. Raffaello, Lara and Michele are the partners of the company Disguincio.
The designer Monica Graffeo who was born in Pordenone in 1973 contributed decisively
to Disguincios success. Products like Flow, Lazy Mary or Sgased were designed
by her. The group 806D that consists of three designers also made a good job.
The common passion for colours, the desire for experimenting as well as for calling
attention incited the group to records. They create products that arouse a feeling
of lightness and absence by using technical, pulsatory and combined materials,
complexities as well as transparent reflexes.
Disguincio owes for example the product Elastine to this group. The product Pippocampus
that was designed by Gianpietro Gai & Luca Nichetto enjoys great popularity.
This classic rocking horse is made of polypropylene and is available in three
different colours. A rapid ride is not dangerous because Pippocampus was tested
to prevent overturning. Bibottom is a product that can be used indoor as well
as outdoor. Bibottom was mainly created for public areas like waiting areas, hair-dressers,
shops, or discos. The illuminated 2-seater, whose seats are in each case aligned
contrarily, creates spontaneous relationships and supports the dialogue between
people that do not really know each other. Disguincio has absolutely hit a target
with the product Bibottom.
