Bonacina Pierantonios establishment took place in Lurago dErba in
the end of the 19th century. Since then Bonacina Pierantonio has specialized in
the processing of nature materials like wicker, rush, rattan, Manila can, Malacca
cane, red rush or hazel. These materials are very robust and elastic. Bonacina
Pierantonio uses the most modern technologies in the development phase as well
as in the producing phase which makes it possible to combine different materials.
All of Bonacina Pierantonios products are based on the passion for beauty
and on manual perfection. The Monaco collection, designed by Giuseppe Vigano,
is just one example that proves what is said above. The Monaco collection consists
of a dining armchair, an armchair and a two-seater sofa. Characteristic for this
collection are the wide leather strips that are hand-woven over the wood frame
of the armrests and the base. Giuseppe Vigano, who was born in the year 1952,
has been working with Bonacina Pierantonio since 1993. Bonacina Pierantonio owes
a big amount of collections to him. Giuseppe Vigano did not only use his wealth
of experience for his work as a designer, but also established new producing processes.
Bonacina Pierantonio gained particular famousness with the product family Miss
B. Seat and back of these chairs are made of Krylon, leather or polypropylene
strips. Bonacina Pierantonio features the exclusive rights of the high-tech material
Krylon. Krylon has a constant elasticity as well as great form stability which
is based on the nylon incorporation. Krylon is known for being very comfortable
and durable. Because it is non-toxic, easy to clean and heat resistant, Krylon
can be used indoor and outdoor. Furniture that is made of Krylon can be exposed
to direct sunlight, as there are UVA filters implanted that avoid colour alteration.
Bonacina Pierantonios Krylon is available in six colours, clear or frosted,
as well as in black and white.
